At Saapa.BV / Keleja the European right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.

• You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

• Return costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

• The product must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.

• After correct receipt of the return, the full purchase amount, including the initial shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Exceptions (no right of withdrawal):

• Items that are custom made or personalized

• Hygiene products with a broken seal
