Did you know & soft facts

Dear visitor,

Sometimes there are things I would love to tell you—little facts, gentle tips, or answers to questions you might not dare to ask. Because everything here happens online, I sometimes miss that warm moment of explanation, of pausing together. That's why I created this place. A page full of little pieces of care, magic, and clarity. Things I find important, because you are important. Feel free to take a look. Everything here is written with love and attention.

About messages and accessibility

My mobile number is intended for receiving messages—not for calls. Because I am often busy with my hands, checking an order, or in the middle of making something, I don't always manage to answer a call. You are welcome to send me a message from Monday to Saturday, between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. I read every message with attention and reply as soon as I can. If it's truly necessary, I will contact you by phone myself. Please respect this, so Keleja remains a place of tranquility.

About stock and unique creations

Some models in my collection are only made in small batches—sometimes just two or three pieces. This is because I spent a long time searching for the right supplier, someone who could offer materials that truly fit Keleja. Due to that search, certain beads or parts are no longer available from the suppliers I work with. Additionally, I work from a limited space, without a large storage area. Everything is made by hand, with care and attention—and that sometimes requires some flexibility. Do you have an idea, a wish, or a dream you would like to see realized? Feel free to let me know. I always check what is possible and do my best to create something beautiful for you. Please keep in mind that delivery may take a little longer, as I first need to order the materials and then lovingly get to work. Everything is done in consultation, so you know where you stand.

About bead sizes & thread choice

For most designs—such as bracelets, wristbands, badge holders, and keychains—I usually work with 16 mm silicone beads. That size feels the best to me, especially if the bracelet isn't just meant to be beautiful, but also to be actively worn. Sometimes I also incorporate wooden or acrylic beads, depending on the design and the atmosphere I want to evoke. For children's bracelets, I often use the same 16 mm beads, but with fewer beads in total. When a finer look is desired, I opt for 12 mm beads. I notice that 20 mm beads are becoming increasingly popular, so I have also started using that size in certain designs. If I use a size other than 16 mm, I always state this clearly with the product. Everything is carefully strung on a transparent elastic cord—not on satin cord. That elastic thread ensures the bracelet forms nicely around the wrist and is easy to put on. I only use satin cord for baby products, or for keychains that are made with cord (not with a metal pin).

About our pacifier cords and teething rings

Every pacifier cord and teething ring is made with care and safety, according to the applicable standards. Because these products are intended for the very little ones, I have provided two separate pages with all the information about use, maintenance, and safety. This way, as a parent, caregiver, or gift-giver, you can choose with peace of mind—and know exactly what to look out for.

Finally

Every piece you read above was written with care and attention—not just to inform you, but also to give you a look behind the scenes of Keleja. Everything I make is done by hand, with heart, and with a touch of magic. And just as every bead finds its place in a design, every little fact here has been given its spot. Thank you for taking the time to read, feel, and understand.

Love, Keleja
